Apartment Living settings include the following KETCH properties:

  • Richmond Place, LLC
  • Country Acres, LLC
  • 10th Street Apartments, LLC

Currently, 20 individuals live in their own studio apartments at Richmond Place.  At Country Acres, 30 individuals live in their own studio or one-bedroom apartments, and this fall 10 individuals will live in their own one-bedroom apartments at 10th Street.

Each apartment living site is unique and can serve a range of individuals with different needs.  Staff support and supervision is provided on site and can range from 24 hours per day to just a few hours per week, depending on the specific apartment site.  Depending on the apartment site, persons can receive assistance with personal care, daily living skills, medication management, behavior intervention, and varying degrees of life skills training.   Property Management is provided by KETCH.
