Welcome to KETCH!

KETCH, the Kansas Elks Training Center for the Handicapped Inc., is a nationally recognized rehabilitation service organization. What began in 1962 as a small vocational training workshop, has today become a comprehensive and progressive organization committed to serving people with disabilities at home, at work and in the community.

At KETCH, we believe every person, regardless of disability, has unique talents to offer to the greater community. It is our goal to discover and develop those talents. KETCH seeks quality staff who shares these beliefs and goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Most jobs require a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
  • Some positions require additional education and/or a college degree

Training

  • A two-week intensive training prior to working directly with people served by KETCH is required
  • Employees are paid during the training period
  • Classes include: CPR/First Aid, Medications and Managing Difficult Behavioral Situations
