Employment Services

KETCH was founded in 1964 as a small vocational training workshop for people with developmental and physical disabilities.  Today it has grown to be a comprehensive employment organization that has helped more than 30,000 Kansans work and live independently in the community.

More than 40 years of experience in the job placement arena has prepared KETCH for its job placement role.  KETCH's expertise has great application beyond the rehabilitation field.  The Community Employment staff are committed to helping Kansans succeed in the workplace.

Experienced job development professionals locally and in targeted areas work closely with employers to identify jobs, screen, and place job applicants.  Visit the client page of the Employment Solutions section to find out more.
