Executive Staff & Contacts

Ron Pasmore, President/CEO
Ron received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Colorado in speech-language pathology and audiology and his master of arts degree from Wichita State University in communicative disorders.  He began his career as a speech-language pathologist at the Institute of Logopedics.  Ron was director of speech and hearing at Winfield State Hospital and Training Center.  While in Winfield he helped established the first community based program for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families known today as the Reach Preschool Center.

Ron has been with KETCH since 1988 and has served as President/CEO since 1997.  Additionally, Ron is a surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).


Melyn Bounous, Vice President of Information Technology
Melyn has been with KETCH for over 17 years.  She joined KETCH with a bachelor of science in rehabilitation services education from Emporia State University and has since taken several computer/technology courses at Butler Community College and Wichita State University.  


Sheila Brown, Vice President of Finance
Sheila has been with KETCH three years and has experience working with individuals with disabilities for over 13 years.  She has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Wichita State University and a master's degree in business administration from Friend's University.

Sallie Jensen, Vice President of Quality Assurance
Sallie earned a degree in social science from Kansas State University.  She joined KETCH as an admissions coordinator and now oversees admissions, targeted case management, and quality assurance. Sallie has been with KETCH for almost 20 years.


Pattie Knauff, Vice President of Human Resources
Pattie joined KETCH as the first staff development trainer with a degree in personnel management from Wichita State University.  Pattie moved into the human resources administrator position and then on to vice president of human resources.  She has been with KETCH for nearly 20 years.   


Laura Roberds, Vice President of Community Services
Laura has been with KETCH for 14 years and in the developmental disability field for 30 years.  Laura has a bachelor's degree in education and a master's degree in communication disorders and sciences from Wichita State University.
