In-Home Family Support Services

In-Home Family Support Services provides or arranges for scheduled periods of relief and assistance to families who support an adult living in the family home.  If the person lives with their birth, adoptive, or foster family, they can receive training and support to assist them to remain in the family home.  Training and activities are provided based on the person’s level of need.  The focus is to assist the person to increase or maintain their ability to perform daily living skills, and increase their level of independence and participation in the community while providing periods of relief for the family.
