KETCH
is committed to providing accurate information to its stakeholders.
In general, the public is kept informed regarding the services
available, as well as the results of services provided. Information
is dispensed through various avenues including KETCH news releases,
brochures, newsletters, public service announcements and the
web site. KETCH will respond promptly to requests for outcome
measurement information pertaining to its accredited and licensed
services, as well as those funded by state/federal grants.
KETCH
responds to general information requests from interested persons
by providing appropriate materials through the Admissions Coordinator
or the Director of Development and Community Relations. A variety
of materials are available, including KETCH Program fact sheets,
the KETCH Economic Impact report, Annual Facts and Outcomes,
etc.
Questions
from the public regarding KETCH’s programs and services
are also addressed by appropriate staff persons either orally
or through a written response.
KETCH
will continue to solicit questions or concerns from the public
in its public relations efforts.
