MyMITC Mobile Logon instructions

To log on to MyMITC Mobile please go to

(NOTE: Please do not type this in your Google or other search boxes. Make sure to type this in your Address Bar)

1. Once you are on the correct website (it should have our logo) please click on the Log On button)

Desktop version :

Mobile Version:

Note: the remaining instructions will be on the mobile version, however, the instructions should be identical to the desktop version as well.

2. Please enter your Username and Password.

3. Click on the Three Dash symbol on the top lefthand corner to access your Main Menu. The functionality of this  section should pretty much be identical to the previous version (with the exception of some minor changes to Manager Dashboard)

5. To access some additional new features on the latest version of MyMITC, click on the "Person" symbol on the top right-hand corner.

7. myProfile: Displays some basic information about each employee.

NOTE 1: A notable feature of the new version of MyMITC is Employee Restrictions. With this feature, employees are able to submit restrictions to their normal scheduling availability to their supervisors for approval.

NOTE 2: This is NOT A SUBSTITUTION for Vacation, Personal, Sick or Funeral Requests. These still need to be submitted via the Calendar.

NOTE 3: The first section (Blue Box) is time restrictions for weekly availability (this will be in place indefinitely until it is removed). For examples, if you have classes this semester on Mondays and Wednesdays in the evenings, you enter the corresponding times to reflect this.

Note 4: The second section highlighted in Red is for dates you will not be available. Again, This is not a substitution for following proper procedure to submit Vacation Request or Leave of Absence,  but is meant to help for scheduling purposes. (e.g. out of town during the summer semester, or out for several weeks due to a medical procedure, etc.)

Note 5: The supervisor will still have to approve this.

8. Open Shifts: Another new feature that is available to employees is the ability for staff to look at the availability of open shifts (at this point in time all open shifts for all departments are listed, however only Community Living and certain Day Programs are are eligible for a feature. Please contact your supervisor and/or HR for additional details).

Supervisors will then pick the best candidate from all the staff who signed up to fill a particular open shift based on a number of criteria.

9. Job Calendar: You can view the Job/Location/ Department Calendar you are authorized for.

10. View Policies: Allows you to view some policies and MITC related documents.

11. MyMITC U: Is a list of video tutorials on how to perform many common MyMITC tasks.
